We want to thank over 800 volunteers that participated in the 2016 Superheroes4Orphans 5 k Walk/Run at Ga Tech on October 8, 2016. They raised $78,000 for orphans and little children in Africa especially in Zimbabwe and Mozambique. There is an urgent need for Early Childhood Development in these countries and much of this funding will be used for it. Also we want to thank Tau Alpha Omega, Octane Solutions, Regions Bank, Office Depot, Phoenix Food Services, Avaya, and Ga Tech for all their help. Over 100 runners participated in the 5k Run and we hope to expand this event next year. Please follow this site for information regarding the 2017 Superheroes4Orphans 5 k Walk/Run at Ga Tech in October 2017. Please go to https://superheroes4orphans.causevox.com if you still want to donate. Together we can “save the children of the needy” in Africa.
